1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," "you," or "your") and phjuan ("phjuan," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the phjuan website located at phjuan.cam and all associated services, features, content, and applications (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account, accessing the phjuan platform, or using any of our gaming, betting, or related services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the phjuan Service and refrain from creating an account or engaging in any gaming activities on our platform. Continued use of the Service following any amendments to these Terms constitutes acceptance of such amendments. phjuan reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. 2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Legal Requirements

To register an account and use phjuan services, you must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. You must be a legal resident of the Republic of the Philippines or a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawful and regulated. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements and that all information provided during registration is accurate, current, and complete. phjuan reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time, and failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension or termination.

2.2 Account Creation and Security

Each User is permitted only one (1) account on the phjuan platform. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any funds or winnings. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login information with any third party. You agree to notify phjuan immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. phjuan shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.

2.3 Verification Requirements

phjuan may require Users to complete identity verification procedures before processing withdrawals or at any time during account usage. Acceptable forms of identification include valid Philippine government-issued IDs such as passport, driver's license, UMID, PhilHealth ID, SSS ID, or other documents deemed acceptable by phjuan. Verification procedures are implemented to prevent fraud, money laundering, and underage gaming in compliance with Philippine regulations and international best practices.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

3.1 Deposits

phjuan accepts deposits via multiple payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers to major Philippine banks (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and others), and additional methods as specified on our platform. All deposits are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP). Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed during the deposit process. Users are responsible for any fees charged by their payment providers. phjuan does not charge deposit fees for standard payment methods available to Filipino players.

3.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed after successful account verification and compliance with any applicable wagering requirements. Standard withdrawal processing times are fifteen (15) minutes to twenty-four (24) hours depending on the payment method selected. Withdrawals to GCash and PayMaya typically process within fifteen (15) minutes during business hours. Bank transfer withdrawals process within twenty-four (24) hours. phjuan reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawal requests. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply as specified in the cashier section of your account.

3.3 Bonus Terms and Wagering Requirements

Bonuses, promotions, and free spins offered by phjuan are subject to specific terms and conditions including wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, and maximum bet limits. Users must meet all stated requirements before bonus funds can be converted to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements typically range from 20x to 40x the bonus amount unless otherwise specified. Only real money bets contribute to wagering requirements; bonus money bets do not count. phjuan reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings if terms are violated or if fraudulent activity is detected.

4. Gaming Rules and Conduct

Users engaging in fraudulent activities, bonus abuse, or unfair gaming practices will have their accounts terminated immediately and all funds forfeited. phjuan works with independent testing agencies to verify game fairness and maintain the highest standards of integrity.

4.2 Responsible Gaming

phjuan is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. Users are encouraged to set personal deposit limits, session time limits, and self-exclusion periods through their account settings. If you believe you may have a gambling problem, phjuan provides resources and tools to help manage gaming behavior. Self-exclusion options range from twenty-four (24) hours to permanent account closure. During self-exclusion periods, Users cannot access their accounts or participate in any gaming activities on the phjuan platform.

4.3 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on phjuan: (a) using the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms; (b) creating multiple accounts to exploit bonuses or promotions; (c) colluding with other players or engaging in chip dumping; (d) using VPN services or other tools to disguise your location; (e) engaging in money laundering or other financial crimes; (f) using stolen credit cards or payment methods; (g) reverse engineering or attempting to manipulate game software; (h) harassing other Users or staff members; (i) transmitting viruses, malware, or harmful code; (j) attempting to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or phjuan systems.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, software, graphics, logos, trademarks, service marks, and other materials available on the phjuan platform are the exclusive property of phjuan or its licensors and are protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws. The phjuan name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of phjuan. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, modify, distribute, transmit, display, reproduce, or create derivative works from any phjuan content without express written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

6.1 Service Availability

phjuan strives to maintain continuous Service availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical difficulties, or circumstances beyond our control. phjuan shall not be liable for any losses resulting from Service interruptions, delays, or technical malfunctions. In the event of game malfunction or error, all affected bets and payouts are void, and Users will receive refunds of their original stakes.

6.2 Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PHJUAN SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. PHJUAN DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. PHJUAN DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR THAT RESULTS OBTAINED FROM USE OF THE SERVICE WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE.

6.3 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY PHILIPPINE LAW, PHJUAN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. PHJUAN'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT OF DEPOSITS MADE BY YOU IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

7. Account Suspension and Termination

phjuan reserves the right to suspend or terminate User accounts at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, abuse of bonuses or promotions, or any conduct deemed harmful to phjuan or other Users. Upon termination, you forfeit all rights to your account and any pending bonuses. Withdrawable balances will be returned to you after deduction of any amounts owed to phjuan. phjuan may retain accounts and funds pending investigation of suspected violations. Users may close their accounts at any time by contacting customer support, provided all wagering requirements are met and no violations have occurred.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of phjuan services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. phjuan collects, processes, and stores personal information in accordance with Philippine data protection laws. We implement reasonable security measures to protect User data but cannot guarantee absolute security. By using the Service, you consent to our collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy. phjuan will never sell your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

9. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of phjuan services shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center. The arbitration shall take place in Metro Manila, Philippines, and shall be conducted in English. Users waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits against phjuan. Notwithstanding the foregoing, phjuan may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or prevent violations of these Terms.

10. General Provisions

10.1 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

10.2 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and phjuan regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications.

10.3 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without phjuan's prior written consent. phjuan may assign these Terms or delegate any duties hereunder without restriction.
